Taking care of our bodies is something that most of us think we should be doing, but perhaps, in our busy lives, haven't yet made time for it in a meaningful way. Some of us mean to start exercising but can't seem to find the time or motivation. Others among us suffer from injuries of the muscles such as pulls or knots which limit our range of motion and are a constant source of tension or pain. How do we start fresh with a clear perspective and more limber body? How do we maintain our focus and commitment once we have started on the path to make caring for ourselves a priority? Massage therapy services through the Wellness Place at Sacred Heart's Women's Health Center and through our Coeur d'Alene office can help.
