We are contracted providers with MSC Premera Blue Cross, Uniform Medical, PHCO, Washington State L&I, Cigna and Aetna. We are providers for Group Health at our Coeur d'Alene office only. We can also work with several other plans as out of network providers. Please check to see if your insurance covers massage therapy.

Patients: You are responsible for obtaining a prescription from your doctor for medical massage and keeping track of the expiration of your prescription. You are also responsible for familiarizing yourself with your insurance plan, number of covered visits and keeping track of benefit usage with combined therapy benefits. Patients will be responsible to account balances if insurance fails to pay for services rendered.

Medical massage focuses on treating a specific injury area or areas and requires a doctor's prescription. Techniques used in medical massage can
differ from relaxation massage in that they are not specifically geared towards
whole
body relaxation but, rather, restoring lost function in affected areas. Medical massage may be paid for at time of service or, when applicable, billed directly to your insurance company through our billing service.
